nerdyfacts: (Source.) Sounds like old George was just looking for a reason to perv out. I remember reading somewhere that during the filming of the Slave Leia parts a ton of takes had to be “discarded” because Carrie kept flashing her knick knack paddywhack. You are now realizing that George Lucas is actually a mega perv/that creepy boss from all of those sexual harassment videos that you have to watch at orientation.

leiawars: I know there may not be a ton of people on but I want you lovely tumblr people to reblog the hell out of this. “Want a small way to help Newtown? The local PTA wants the kids to return to school in a new building, surrounded by a “winter wonderland.” You can help by making and mailing snowflakes by January 12, 2013, to the following: Connecticut PTSA 60 Connolly Parkway Building 12, Suite 103 Hamden, CT 06514″ You can make your own, make up new designs, do something from any fandom, or use some of these awesome Star Wars designs. But this is one of the easiest and cheapest things we can do for the children who have to return to school in January.  You know, my girlfriend is actually dyeing coffee filters for this as we speak so that we can make snowflakes as a family. Yours caught my eye because I was going to do THE SAME THING! By reblogging this I’ll both boost the signal and prevent needing to post it myself. Keep up the good work!

tokissyouadieu: c3po nude descending a staircase. I really like this piece. I’m not a *huge* fan of Duchamp’s work, but it’s definitely a classic and easily recognized painting. I love how massive and diverse the Star Wars fan base is… I’m not sure whether I expected something like this or not. For those of you looking to see the painting that this was based on a quick google of “Nude Descending a Staircase No. 2” will bring up a plethora of images.
